2. The Information RED/DRE Collects
User Provided Information: You may provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, payment information, contact information and other information required to create and manage your account) to RED/DRE when licensing a .realtor™ or .realestate domain name or choosing to participate in various activities on the Website.
Log File Information: When you use the Website, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
3. The Way RED/DRE Uses Information

If you license a domain name from RED, or register a domain name from DRE, certain elements of your personally identifying information (such as your name, address, telephone number and email address) will be accessible to the public via ICANN-required "WHOIS" searches; for example, such information may be used to populate the administrative, technical and/or billing contact WHOIS fields. Third parties have been known to access WHOIS information for the purpose of gathering contact information for disseminating marketing and advertising materials. RED is not liable for any communications received as a result of such access of the WHOIS information for any .realtor™ or .realestate domain name.

4. When RED/DRE Discloses Information
We may release information we collect, including personally identifiable information, if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.
We also reserve the right to disclose information we collect, including personally identifiable information, that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and Takedown Procedures; take precautions against liability; investigate and defend RED and/or DRE against any third party claims or allegations; assist government enforcement agencies (including ICANN); protect the security or integrity of our Website; and protect the rights, property, or personal safety of RED, DRE, our users or others.
