How can I change or downgrade my website subscription?

You can update your .RealEstate website subscription at any time, whether you’d like to switch to a different plan or downgrade to a lower tier. All changes can be managed directly from your account dashboard.

1. Log In to Your Account

Go to https://get.realestate/ and log in using the email and password associated with your account.

2. Access Your Dashboard

Once logged into your dashboard, locate the section labeled Domains and to the right of your selected domain, locate and click on the three vertical dots. 

3. Select Manage Subscription 

Click Manage Subscription and locate the section labeled Upgrade your plan or Need to Change or Downgrade and select the option best suited to your needs. 

4. Choose a New Plan

You’ll see the available plans (BASIC, EDGE, PREMIUM, or ELITE) along with their features and pricing.

6. Confirm Your Change

After selecting your new plan, follow the prompts to confirm the update. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the change is applied.

Important Notes:

• Changes to your subscription may take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What to Know Before Downgrading
Downgrading will change certain features available on your plan. Be sure to review the Features Comparison Chart to understand what features and tools you may lose.
