Add Google Workspace Account to your Apple iOS Device

While we can’t offer support for your individual device, you can add your Google Workspace account to your device with the following steps.

Use Google's Official Apps

1. On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for a Google app, such as Gmail.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.
   (You might need to enter your Apple ID and password.)
3. When the installation is complete, open Gmail.
4. Tap Sign in
5. Tap Google
6. Tap Continue.
7. Sign in using your Google Workspace account.

Use Apple's Default Apps

1. On your iOS device, open Settings.
2. Depending on your iOS version, do one of the following actions:
   • Tap Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
   • Tap Passwords & Accounts > Add Account.
3. Tap Google.
4. Sign in using your Google Workspace account.
   Your Google Workspace account is the account that you use for work or school.
5. Close the settings and open the Mail app.
