I cannot log into Professional Email account
If you have a mobile phone number associated with your Professional Email, you can reset your password here. Enter the email you wish to reset and a code will sent to your phone. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
If you do not have a mobile phone associated with your Professional Email, you can log into your account using Single Sign On and associate a phone number by following these steps:
- Sign into your https://www.get.realtor account
- Click "MANAGE DOMAIN" next to the domain that holds the account you would like to log into
- Click the "Email Setup" tab
- Click "MANAGE" in the "CURRENT SETUP" box
- Open the "OPTIONS" menu and click "LOG INTO INBOX" to log into your desired account
- Open the menu in the upper right hand corner
- Select "Settings"
- In the pop-up window, select "Security" and turn "Password Recovery" to On
- Choose "Get A Text Message" and enter your phone number
- Follow the instructions to associate a phone number with your account
- Visit the password reset page and follow the steps to reset your password
