Can I cancel Google Workspace accounts?

You can manage your email from the “Email Setup” section. If you cancel, access to all your account will continue until your annual period ends. You can cancel individual accounts but retain your primary account from the admin console.

Cancel subscriptions:

  1. Log In
  2. Click the "MANAGE DOMAIN" button to the right of the domain name that has the email account(s)
  3. Select “Email setup” from the left, go to email settings
  4. The cancel subscription is at the bottom of the page

Cancel individual subscriptions (for 1+ email accounts):

The administrator can access the Admin console at or:
  1. Log In
  2. Click the “MANAGE DOMAIN” button on the domain you would like to manage
  3. Then, choose the tab labeled “Email setup,” the last tab from the left on your screen
  4. Under the “Manage your email account” section, choose the “Options” button on your “Primary email account”
  5. Choose “Manage email account” from the drop-down
  6. Once in your admin console, select users
  7. Then, click the delete icon from the top right
