1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The .realestate/.realtor TLD $1000.00 Daily Cash Prize Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (an eligible “Entrant”). PROMOTION NOT OPEN TO PRESS, SUPPLIERS, EXHIBITORS, OR STAFF OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (“NAR”), REALTORS® INFORMATION NETWORK (“RIN”), AND RACKSPACE (collectively, “Sponsors”), IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF SUCH STAFF, AND SPONSORS’ SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES. Promotion starts on or about 3:00pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 8, 2019 and ends on or about 5:00pm PT on November 10, 2019 ("Promotional Period").
2. OFFICIAL RULES:
The rules, terms and conditions specified herein for the Promotion comprise its Official Rules and shall govern all participation in the Promotion. Please take a moment to review these Official Rules which, by your participation, you agree will govern all matters relating to the Promotion and which cannot be modified or superseded except by Sponsors, in their reasonable discretion, in a written revision to these Official Rules, which will be posted to www.get.realtor/contest.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Entrants are responsible for compliance with their employer’s policies and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (“Laws”) regarding eligibility to participate in this Promotion. If an individual is participating in violation of their employer’s policies or applicable Laws, that individual may be disqualified from this Promotion. Sponsors disclaim any and all liability and responsibility for disputes related to this matter.
4. PRIZES:
Three (3) prizes (“Prize”) of $1000. Total value of all Prizes: $3,000.00.
5. TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete one of the following: (1) purchase a Rackspace email product; (2) claim a free .realtor domain name or purchase a .realtor domain name, provided Entrant is a member of NAR or staff of a local or state REALTOR® association; (3) log into an existing profile or create a free profile account on www.get.realtor; or (4) purchase a .realestate domain name. Entrants must complete one of these options (“Entries”) during the Promotional Period in order to enter the Promotion. Prior purchases or profile accounts are not eligible for the Promotion. Limit one (1) Prize entry per person.
Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, or delayed Entries, or Entries not received during the Promotional Period. Incomplete or fraudulent Entries will not be eligible for this Promotion. No correspondence about Entries will be acknowledged or returned. Any attempted participation by any means except as permitted by these Official Rules is void. For this Promotion only, by participating Entrants expressly authorize the Sponsors to contact them at the email address provided for purposes of fulfilling this Promotion. This authorization overrides any "do not contact" or solicitation preference Entrants have previously expressed to Sponsors.
6. DRAWING/ODDS:
Prize winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period in random drawings occurring on November 9, 2019, November 10, 2019, and November 11, 2019. Entrants need not be present to win. The random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of RIN staff. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for that drawing. All non-winning Entries will automatically be entered into the next day’s drawing, as applicable. Prize winners will be notified by email using the email provided in connection with his or her Entry. The winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Winners may be required to provide a Social Security Number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number or a Federal Tax Identification Number to Sponsors for tax purposes. If the affidavit and release are not signed and returned within fourteen (14) days or if the prize notification is returned to Sponsors as undeliverable, then an alternative winner will be selected. All Prizes will be awarded. Instructions on claiming and/or receiving the Prize will be provided to the winners at the time of notification.
7. RELEASE:
By completing an entry or accepting a Prize, all Entrants release the Sponsors, and their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, representatives and employees, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, injuries, damages, cost or expenses arising out of or relating to the participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize. Entrants further acknowledge that Sponsors are not responsible or liable for the warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, related to the Prizes. By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules. Any taxes imposed upon a prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. CANCELLATION OF PROMOTION:
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond the control of Sponsors, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsors in their discretion, will be disqualified. Any attempt to damage Sponsor’s websites, or tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, is a violation of these Official Rules.
9. AUTHORIZATION TO USE WINNER’S NAME AND INFORMATION:
The winner, where lawful, grants permission for the use of winner’s name, voice, city, state and photograph or videotape for advertising and promotional purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions without additional compensation.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
The Promotion is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, and the forum and venue for any disputes shall be in Cook County, Illinois.
11. PERSONAL DATA:
Any personal data collected by Sponsors from Entrants will be collected in accordance with NAR’s privacy policy available on www.get.realtor (“Privacy Policy”). By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to Sponsors’ collection and usage of the personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
